Honey-Ginger Prenatal Tonic

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 bag (or 1 heaping tsp loose) Pregnancy-Friendly Blend tea
- 2–3 thin coins fresh ginger, plus the ginger already in the blend
- 1 tsp honey
- Small squeeze of fresh lemon (optional)
How to make it
- 1Bring the water to a gentle simmer with the fresh ginger coins for 3 minutes.
- 2Remove from heat, add the tea bag or loose tea, cover, and steep for 6–7 minutes.
