Iced Calm Blend Lemon Balm Cooler

Cold-brewed calm blend over ice with lemon and fresh herbs — a light, floral, caffeine-free cooler for a calm and refreshing afternoon pause.

The bright lemon balm and soft florals of the calm blend make a wonderfully refreshing iced drink. Cold-brewing the lemon balm, chamomile, lavender, and passionflower overnight draws out a smooth, gently sweet infusion with delicate floral aromatics and no bitterness.

Lemon and fresh herbs amplify the blend's citrusy, garden-fresh side, turning it into a calming cooler that's as soothing as it is thirst-quenching. A little honey keeps it lightly sweet without masking the floral notes.

Cold-brewing is essential here, especially for the lavender — slow cold extraction keeps it fragrant and balanced rather than soapy, which can happen with hot water. The result is mellow and clean, easy to sip through a warm afternoon.

Serve it tall over plenty of ice, garnished with lemon slices and a sprig of fresh lemon balm or mint. It's a caffeine-free refresher that delivers a calm, daytime pause without weighing you down or making you sleepy.
