Iced Digestion Blend with Cucumber and Mint
Cold-brewed digestion blend over ice with cucumber and fresh mint — a crisp, cooling, caffeine-free refresher with mint on the finish.
The cooling peppermint and sweet fennel of the digestion blend make it a natural for a refreshing iced drink. Cold-brewed overnight, the herbs release a smooth, gently sweet infusion with no bitterness — perfect over ice on a warm day.
Cucumber and fresh mint amplify the blend's crisp, clean character, turning it into a spa-water-style refresher. The fennel's soft sweetness and the ginger's quiet warmth keep it interesting, so it tastes far more layered than plain infused water.
Cold-brewing is the key technique here. Steeping the herbs slowly in cold water draws out their fresh, sweet notes while leaving any sharpness behind, giving you a mellow, balanced infusion that's easy to drink all afternoon.
Serve it tall over plenty of ice, garnished with cucumber ribbons and mint sprigs. It's a caffeine-free cooler you can enjoy any time, and it keeps the gentle spirit of the blend even when served cold.
