Iced Rooibos Chai with Vanilla and Oat Milk

Ingredients
- 3 rooibos chai tea bags (or 3 tbsp loose blend)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Plenty of ice
- Ground cinnamon, to dust
How to make it
- 1Brew a strong concentrate: boil the water, add the rooibos chai, and steep 8 minutes, then strain and let cool.
- 2Stir the vanilla and maple syrup (if using) into the cooled concentrate.
- 3Fill two glasses with ice and divide the spiced rooibos concentrate between them.
- 4Top each with cold oat milk, stir gently, and dust with ground cinnamon.
