Green Chai Digestive Tonic with Fennel and Mint
A soothing digestive blend of green chai, fennel seeds, and fresh mint—warming spices meet cool freshness for gentle gut support.
Green chai already has a head start as a wellness drink—its ginger and cardamom are natural digestive aids. Adding fennel and mint creates a powerful yet gentle tonic that settles the stomach without heaviness.
The green tea base provides a light dose of L-theanine and antioxidants, giving you calm focus rather than the jittery buzz of coffee. Combined with the chai spices, it's energizing and grounding at the same time.
Fennel seeds contribute a subtle anise sweetness that rounds out the spice profile. Lightly crushing them before brewing releases their essential oils and maximizes their soothing effect.
Drink this after a heavy meal or as a morning ritual to start the day with warmth and intention. It's caffeine-light enough for the afternoon too—perfect for that 3 PM slump when you need a lift without the crash.
