Iced Lemon Balm Mint Lemonade

Cold-brewed lemon balm tea blended with fresh mint and lemon for a caffeine-free, herbal twist on classic lemonade.

This herbal lemonade takes the citrus notes already present in lemon balm and amplifies them with fresh lemon juice and mint—its botanical cousin. The result is a drink that tastes like summer in a glass.

Cold-brewing the lemon balm extracts its delicate lemony sweetness without any grassiness. The overnight steep produces a crystal-clear, smooth base that hot brewing simply can't match.

Fresh mint adds a cool, crisp edge that makes this lemonade irresistibly refreshing. Muddle it gently—you want the oils, not the bitter green flavor that comes from crushing too hard.

It's naturally caffeine-free, so kids and anyone avoiding stimulants can enjoy it all day long. Make a pitcher for barbecues, picnics, or just keeping in the fridge as your go-to summer sipper.
