Ingredients

- Sparkling water, to top
- Ice cubes and fresh mint to serve
How to make it
- 1Cold-brew: place the Lady Grey in the cold water, cover, and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
- 2Strain out the tea and discard. Stir the honey into the warm water to make a quick syrup, then mix it into the cold-brewed tea.
- 3Fill tall glasses with ice and add a few orange and lemon slices to each.
- 4Pour the cold-brewed Lady Grey over the ice to fill about two-thirds, top with sparkling water, garnish with mint, and stir gently.
