Ingredients

  • 2 cups water, heated to about 85°C
  • 3 dried red jujube dates, halved
  • 1 thin slice fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey, or to taste

How to make it

  2. 2Pour over water heated to about 85°C (not fully boiling).
  3. 3Steep gently for 3–4 minutes, until the cup turns a clear amber.
