Iced Energy Blend with Lime and Mint
Cold-brewed energy blend over ice with lime and fresh mint — a crisp, naturally caffeinated cooler that revives you on a hot afternoon.
Cold-brewing is the perfect way to show off the energy blend's refreshing side. Steeping the yerba mate, guayusa, peppermint, and ginger overnight in cold water yields a smooth, naturally sweet infusion with all the caffeine lift and none of the bitterness you'd get from hot-brewing and chilling.
Lime and fresh mint turn it into something genuinely thirst-quenching — a nod to terere, the iced mate drink of Paraguay and Argentina. The blend's own peppermint amplifies the fresh, cooling effect, while lime keeps it bright.
The slow cold extraction is what makes this special: it draws out the green, herbaceous flavors gently, so the drink tastes clean and crisp rather than harsh. Don't rush it with hot water if you want that smooth result.
Serve it tall over plenty of ice for an afternoon pick-me-up that refreshes and energizes at once. It's the iced answer to coffee on a sweltering day — and far gentler on the stomach.
