Energy Blend with Fresh Ginger, Lemon and Honey

Yerba mate, guayusa, peppermint and ginger steeped at 85 °C for 5 minutes with extra fresh ginger, lemon and honey: green, sharp and naturally caffeinated, for the morning.

This morning cup leans into everything the energy blend does best on the palate. Yerba mate and guayusa bring the green, grassy base and the caffeine the catalog rates at level 2 on its 0–3 scale, peppermint brings the cool note, and a little extra fresh ginger amplifies the warm spark.

Lemon and honey round it out: the citrus brightens the green, grassy base and the honey softens any edge, so the cup reads sharp and fresh without turning harsh. It is the morning slot of our catalog in a mug, flavor first.

Brew it the way the catalog lists the blend — 85 °C for 5 minutes, about 3 g per cup — and do not push past that, or the mate turns bitter. The goal is a smooth infusion where the peppermint and ginger stay lively against the green base.

Enjoy it in the morning or early afternoon, the slots the catalog gives the blend, as a coffee-free cup. A note on care: because this blend contains natural caffeine, keep it out of the evening if you are sensitive and let the mug cool a little before the first sip, as with any hot drink.
