Tila Honey Gin Fizz

A floral gin fizz with tila-infused syrup, fresh lemon, and soda—light, calming, and elegant enough for any evening.

Gin and tila are a match made in botanical heaven. Gin's juniper and herbal notes find a natural partner in tila's linden blossom fragrance, creating a cocktail that's floral without being perfumy.

The tila honey syrup is the star. Brew a concentrated tila tea, dissolve honey into it while still warm, and you've got a cocktail syrup that adds sweetness, body, and a haunting floral depth all at once.

A generous squeeze of fresh lemon keeps everything lively and prevents the drink from tipping into cloying territory. The fizz from soda water lifts the botanicals and makes the whole thing feel light and effervescent.

For a non-alcoholic version, swap the gin for a quality non-alcoholic spirit or simply double the soda water and add a splash of tonic. The tila syrup carries enough complexity to make a mocktail that feels anything but boring.
