Tila Chamomile Sleep Tonic
Tila meets chamomile, lavender, and honey in a bedtime tonic designed to quiet the mind and ease you into deep, restful sleep.
Tila is one of the most trusted calming herbs in Latin America—abuelas have prescribed it for nerves, insomnia, and anxiety for generations. Pairing it with chamomile doubles down on the sedative effect, creating a bedtime ritual that actually works.
A few drops of lavender extract (or a pinch of dried culinary lavender) add a layer of aromatherapy to the cup. The scent alone starts to slow you down before the first sip even hits.
Honey is the ideal sweetener here—it provides a slow-release glucose that helps tryptophan reach the brain. Plus, it mirrors tila's own natural honey-sweet flavor, making the whole thing taste like it was meant to be.
Drink this 30 minutes before bed, away from screens. Hold the warm mug, breathe in the steam, and let the ritual itself become part of your wind-down. This isn't just a drink—it's a signal to your body that the day is done.
