La Petite Planèthé

La Petite Planèthé has been at C/ Padilla 6 since 2010, in Ciutat Vella a couple of minutes from the cathedral; it marked its sixteenth anniversary at the end of June 2026. It sells tea and specialty coffee side by side, and the tea half is organised with unusual care: separate categories for pure and flavoured whites, matcha, pure and flavoured greens, red tea, pure and flavoured blacks, oolong, decaffeinated teas, infusions and rooibos — and one category just for teas from Kirishima.

Fifty grams is the standard step and thirty for the dearest tins. The everyday end holds an Earl Grey Blue, an organic Keemun OP, an Orange Oolong, a green rooibos and two pu-erhs, one of them a 2018 Pakistani lot. Then the Japanese shelf takes over: Sencha Nami and Sencha Miumori Zairai, Houjicha Miyama, a Kuri Kadota kamairicha, a koucha — Japanese black tea — from Miumori, Matcha Nomikoto in 30 g and a basic-grade Kirishima matcha in 100 g, plus Downy Silver Needles white by the 30 g.

Besides the leaf there is a food shelf with honey, chocolate, organic gourmet spices, biscuits and jams, and a long accessories aisle: infusers and filters, tins, cups and bowls, mugs with a built-in infuser, Tea For One sets, tea sets, teapots and thermos flasks, plus gift cards and baskets. The online shop is open around the clock, with collection in store, an ECOplanèthé delivery run inside Valencia, and national and international shipping.
