Hong Kong buys Chinese tea the way it drinks it, in gongfu quantities and by the tael: a teahouse inside Hong Kong Park, a 1987 merchant in the ifc mall, a Chaozhou-minded shop in a Tsim Sha Tsui tower, a pu-erh specialist on the 32nd floor of a Causeway Bay office block and a tea house in a Chai Wan factory building. Between them the page covers Lapsang Souchong from HK$190 for 50 g, West Lake Longjing, Phoenix Dan Cong, Tieguanyin from HK$70 for two taels, Oriental Beauty, white peony, Liubao and dated pu-erh cakes.
