Your Tea Shop is an independent, family-owned tea and teaware boutique at 101 George Street, in Launceston's city centre, open Tuesday to Friday 10:00–17:00 and Saturday 10:00–15:00 and closed on public holidays. Its site says the shop has been operating for more than fourteen years and introduces the owner, Bruce, as its tea providore. The range is built from brands rather than the shop's own blends: T2's cubes and tins, The Art of Tea from southern Tasmania, Dibrugarh Gold Assam from India, The Tea Collective, Kasora's Sri Lankan teas, brewing tools and Japanese matcha kits. There is no web cart; the contact page invites orders by phone or email.

The T2 shelf is the backbone of the list. The 100 g cubes of English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Irish Breakfast, Oolong and Sencha cost A$ 18, China Jasmine and Chai A$ 22, Just Peppermint and Just Chamomile A$ 16, and most also come as 25-bag cubes. Above them sit the tins that make the shop worth a detour: a Phoenix Orchid dan cong oolong at A$ 57 for 35 g, a Mingqian Lung Ching from the 2025 spring harvest at A$ 62 for 40 g, Gyokuro at A$ 65 for 100 g, a Darjeeling first flush from the Margaret's Hope estate at A$ 48 for 50 g and a certified organic matcha at A$ 55 for 50 g.

The other brands keep the prices down. Dibrugarh Gold, a premium Assam, is A$ 12 for a 100 g box and A$ 24 for a 200 g foil pack; Kasora's Sri Lankan range runs from the Royal Leaf OP1 at A$ 16 for 100 g to the Emerald Reserve GP1 green at A$ 15 and a rosella hibiscus at A$ 12 for 25 g; and The Art of Tea's jasmine pearls are A$ 18 for 50 g, with its rooibos chai at A$ 14 for 50 g or A$ 42 for 250 g. Prices are the shop's own, GST included, with the same list printed on its brand pages.
