Silver Needle Melon Martini
A delicate martini featuring Silver Needle-infused gin, fresh honeydew, and elderflower—light, floral, and impossibly smooth.
Silver Needle's subtlety makes it a natural partner for gin. The tea's downy sweetness softens gin's juniper bite, creating an infusion that tastes like a garden in early spring—floral, green, and utterly refined.
Infuse the gin for just 60 minutes. Silver Needle is gentle, and over-steeping in alcohol extracts unwanted vegetal notes. You want the pale gold color and sweet aroma, nothing more.
Fresh honeydew juice is the star mixer. Blend and strain ripe melon to get a silky, naturally sweet juice that bridges the tea-infused gin and the elderflower liqueur into one seamless sip.
For a non-alcoholic version, cold-brew Silver Needle overnight, mix with honeydew juice and elderflower cordial, and serve over ice with a splash of soda. Every bit as elegant, just softer.
