Hibiscus Rose Spritz Mocktail

A non-alcoholic, rose-pink spritz built on a Skin & Beauty Blend reduction, lime, and sparkling water — an elegant alcohol-free option for evenings, brunches, or anywhere this caffeine-free blend belongs.

Because the Skin & Beauty Blend is entirely caffeine-free and built around calming, everyday botanicals, this slot skips alcohol altogether in favor of a celebratory, alcohol-free spritz that still feels special enough for a brunch table or an evening wind-down.

A concentrated reduction of the tea, sweetened lightly and sharpened with lime, forms the cordial base. Hibiscus and rosehip already taste similar to many fruit liqueurs used in spritzes, so very little else is needed to make this feel like a 'real' drink rather than a consolation mocktail.

Topped with sparkling water (or sparkling apple juice for extra body) and poured over ice in a wine glass, the color alone — a deep rose-red fading to pink as it dilutes — does most of the presentation work.

This is a genuinely good standalone drink rather than a substitute: serve it at gatherings alongside alcoholic cocktails and most guests will not feel like they are missing anything, caffeine-free and alcohol-free at once.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Skin & Beauty Blend tea bags (or 3 tbsp loose blend)
  • 3 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup sparkling water or sparkling apple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh rosemary sprig or edible flower, for garnish
  • Lime wheel, for garnish

How to make it

  1. 1Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, add tea bags and steep 8 minutes for a concentrated brew.
  2. 2Remove tea bags and stir in sugar or honey while the tea is still warm, until fully dissolved.
  3. 3Stir in lime juice. Let the cordial cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled (about 30 minutes, or make ahead and store up to 5 days).
  4. 4Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour in 2–3 tablespoons of the chilled cordial.
  5. 5Top with sparkling water or sparkling apple juice and stir gently.
  6. 6Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of rosemary or an edible flower.
