Iced Jin Jun Mei with Peach and Honey
Cold-brewed Jin Jun Mei poured over ice with fresh peach and a drizzle of honey—a refreshing, naturally sweet iced tea that highlights the tea's stone-fruit side.
Jin Jun Mei's honey, malt, and ripe-fruit notes make it a gorgeous base for iced tea. Cold-brewing keeps the cup exceptionally smooth and draws out the tea's natural sweetness while leaving any trace of bitterness behind.
Fresh peach is the perfect partner here. The tea already carries stone-fruit aromas, so adding sliced peach amplifies that character and turns the drink into something fragrant and summery without needing much added sugar.
Cold-brewing overnight is well worth the wait. Hot-brewed Jin Jun Mei chilled over ice can taste flat, but slow cold extraction pulls out the rounded, honeyed flavors that make this tea special, yielding a clean, golden infusion.
Serve over plenty of ice on a warm afternoon with a thin drizzle of honey to taste. It is an elegant, refreshing way to enjoy a luxury tea, and a lovely pick-me-up that stays gentle and smooth.
