Ingredients
- 3 tbsp dried lemongrass (or 3 lemongrass tea bags)
- 4 cups cold water
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- Lime wheels, to garnish
- Ice cubes
How to make it
- 1Cold-brew: place the lemongrass in a jar or pitcher, add the cold water, cover, and refrigerate 8–12 hours.
- 2Strain out the lemongrass through a fine sieve, pressing gently to extract flavor.
- 3Stir in the lime juice and honey or agave until dissolved.
- 4Lightly muddle a few mint leaves in the bottom of each glass.
- 5Fill the glasses with ice, pour over the lemongrass limeade, and garnish with lime wheels and mint sprigs.
