Fennel Ginger Digestive Elixir
Fennel tea meets fresh ginger, lemon, and honey in a warming belly-soothing elixir—caffeine-free and perfect after any meal.
This digestive elixir doubles down on fennel tea's natural stomach-calming properties by pairing it with fresh ginger, another powerhouse for digestion. Together they create a soothing, warming drink that feels like a gentle hug for your gut.
Fresh ginger is key here—dried ginger powder won't give you the same bright, zingy warmth. Slice it thin so it releases its oils quickly into the hot tea.
A squeeze of lemon adds brightness and vitamin C, while honey rounds out the anise and ginger with a smooth sweetness. Adjust honey to taste—the drink works beautifully unsweetened too.
Sip this after a heavy meal, during a bloated afternoon, or as a calming nightcap. Being completely caffeine-free, it won't interfere with sleep and may actually help you drift off.
