Peppermint Tea Mojito

A tea-twist on the classic mojito—peppermint tea replaces muddled mint for a cleaner, more complex mint flavor with white rum and lime.

The traditional mojito relies on muddled fresh mint, but swapping in peppermint tea concentrate creates a smoother, more consistent mint flavor that infuses every sip. No stray leaves stuck in your teeth, just pure refreshment.

The trick is making a strong peppermint tea syrup—brew double-strength tea, dissolve sugar into it while hot, then chill. This concentrate is your secret weapon and keeps in the fridge for two weeks.

White rum's clean sweetness pairs perfectly with peppermint's menthol kick. Add fresh lime juice for acidity, sparkling water for fizz, and you've got a cocktail that's lighter and more refreshing than the original.

For a virgin version, skip the rum entirely—the peppermint tea syrup with lime and soda makes a fantastic mocktail on its own. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh mint sprig for the full experience.
