Sparkling Darjeeling Peach Iced Tea
Cold-brewed Darjeeling meets ripe peach and sparkling water for a fizzy, fruit-forward summer refresher.
Darjeeling's natural muscatel grape notes are a perfect match for peach—together they create a stone-fruit symphony that's impossibly refreshing over ice.
Cold-brewing is key. It extracts the tea's delicate sweetness without any astringency, giving you a clean, smooth base that's leagues ahead of hot-brewed and chilled.
The sparkling water adds effervescence that lifts the whole drink, turning a simple iced tea into something that feels celebratory and special.
Make a big batch of the cold brew concentrate and keep it in the fridge. When guests arrive, just add peach, sparkling water, and ice for an instant crowd-pleaser.
