Earl Grey Gin Fizz

A sophisticated cocktail where Earl Grey-infused gin meets citrus and soda for an effervescent, bergamot-forward drink.

Earl Grey and gin are a match made in botanical heaven—the bergamot in the tea amplifies the juniper and citrus notes already present in gin. This fizz is light, aromatic, and dangerously easy to drink.

Infuse gin with Earl Grey for just 2 hours (any longer and it gets bitter). The gin takes on a beautiful amber hue and a fragrant bergamot nose.

Shake the infused gin with lemon juice and simple syrup, then top with soda water. The bubbles carry the bergamot aroma straight to your nose with every sip.

For a mocktail version, replace the gin with tonic water and add a splash of bergamot or orange bitters. It's just as sophisticated without the alcohol.
