Dong Ding Oolong Ginger-Honey Elixir
Smooth Dong Ding oolong meets fresh ginger, raw honey, and a squeeze of yuzu in a warming elixir that soothes and restores.
Dong Ding's naturally buttery, smooth character makes it the ideal base for a wellness drink—it's gentle on the stomach and carries other flavors without bitterness or astringency.
Fresh ginger adds a clean, warming kick that pairs perfectly with the tea's toasty undertones. Grate it finely so it disperses evenly; chunky pieces can make individual sips too intense.
Raw honey stirred in off the heat preserves its enzymes and beneficial properties. It also amplifies the tea's inherent sweetness, creating a drink that needs no added sugar.
Sip this slowly in the morning to wake up your digestion, or in the evening as a calming wind-down ritual. The combination of oolong's gentle caffeine and ginger's warmth leaves you alert but relaxed.
