Ingredients
- 1 rooibos tea bag or 2 tsp loose leaf
- 1 cup boiling water

How to make it
- 1Place rooibos and ginger slices in a mug. Pour boiling water over them.
- 2Cover and steep for 7 minutes (rooibos won't turn bitter, so longer is fine).
- 3Remove tea bag or strain out leaves and ginger slices.
- 4Let cool 2 minutes, then stir in honey and lemon juice.
