Citrus Green Tea Lemonade
Cold-brewed citrus green tea meets fresh lemonade and a hint of orange blossom water—the ultimate bright, refreshing summer cooler.
This is lemonade's cooler, more sophisticated cousin. Cold-brewed citrus green tea brings a grassy depth and natural lemon-orange notes that fuse seamlessly with fresh lemonade—no artificial flavors needed.
Cold-brewing the tea overnight extracts its sweetness and citrus oils without any bitterness or astringency. The result is a clean, smooth base that tastes like the tea was made to be iced.
A few drops of orange blossom water add an intoxicating floral perfume that elevates the drink from backyard lemonade to something you'd order at a rooftop bar in summer. Go easy—two or three drops is all you need.
Serve it in a tall glass packed with ice and garnished with lemon wheels and fresh mint. Make a full pitcher for a barbecue or picnic—it disappears fast.
