Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp digestion blend (peppermint, fennel, ginger, chamomile)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced (plus ribbons to garnish)

  • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
  • Ice cubes

How to make it
