Ceylon Iced Tea with Peach
Classic iced Ceylon tea brightened with fresh peach and a hint of mint—a refreshing summer staple.
Sri Lankan Ceylon is perhaps the world's most popular iced tea base, and for good reason—its clean, bright character translates perfectly to cold drinks without turning murky or bitter.
Fresh peach purée (or muddled peach slices) adds natural fruity sweetness that complements the tea's gentle honey notes. It's miles ahead of any artificial peach flavoring.
A sprig of fresh mint at the end elevates the whole glass. The mint's coolness plays against the peach's warmth, and the tea ties everything together.
Make a big pitcher for summer gatherings. It's a crowd-pleaser that's naturally low in sugar and endlessly refreshable.
