Matcha vs Sencha
Both are Japanese greens, but they're different experiences: matcha is whole leaf ground to a powder and whisked into the water, giving an intense, creamy, higher-caffeine bowl; sencha is steeped leaf — lighter, grassier and easier to drink all day.
