Over 40 organic teas and tisanes are sold by the ounce in vacuum-sealed bags, in the lounge and online: Earl Grey is $4.25 the ounce, Dragon Well $7.75, Iron Goddess of Mercy oolong $8.75, Silver Needle $17 and ceremonial matcha $19.25. It serves tea by the cup with scones and pastries, and sells teaware down to maté gourds and matcha bowls.
