Edmonton has two independent tea merchants with proper walk-in shops: a 1996 tea shop on 124 Street with rows of steel canisters and hundreds of sample jars, and a newer shop inside a historic house on 95A Street that grew out of a museum restaurant and pours a free tasting for anyone who walks in. The DAVIDsTEA store at West Edmonton Mall covers the chain's catalogue until 9pm on weeknights. Prices on this page run from CA$ 4.95 for 25 g of chamomile to CA$ 39 for 50 g of matcha, with most 50 g bags of black and green tea between CA$ 8.50 and CA$ 13.
