Our favorite tea shops in Mississauga

4 places we'd send a friend to.

Mississauga's loose leaf is concentrated in Square One, where three counters sit a few hundred metres apart: a Ten Ren's Tea store selling sealed packs of Taiwanese oolong and Chinese green, a Tao Tea Leaf counter in the Food District that weighs out single-origin teas from 25 g, and a DAVIDsTEA with a beverage bar. The exception is Streetsville, where a tea room inside an 1885 house has served afternoon tea since 1989 and sells its 45-odd house blends by the 50 g bag. Prices on this page run from CA$ 9 for 25 g of Earl Grey to CA$ 108 for a 113 g pack of Da Hong Pao.
