Spruce Grove, just west of Edmonton, has one tea house of its own: a blender on Brookside Avenue with more than sixty organic loose teas, sold from a 1 oz tin at CA$ 9 up to pound bags, alongside its tea bombs, syrups and bottled lattes. The other counter is a natural-health store on Campsite Road, open since 2004, with bagged greens, a Bai Mu Dan and a first-harvest matcha. Prices on this page run from CA$ 4.99 for 25 chamomile bags to CA$ 28 for 57 g of purple oolong.
