Heredia is coffee country, and its tea comes from one tea bar and the supermarkets: Sencha Tea Co. runs its Tea Bar Oxígeno inside the Oxígeno Human Playground mall in San Francisco de Heredia, selling loose leaf by the bag next to the drinks it pours, while the Walmart across from the San Francisco church and the two Mas x Menos branches in Heredia centro and Heredia Sur carry the Twinings, Bigelow, Mondaisa and Manza Té shelf. Prices below are in colones: Sencha prints its prices before the 13 % IVA that is added at checkout, and supermarket shelf prices include it.
