Nuremberg's tea is bought in the old town. A family-run tea shop open since 1985 on Innere Laufer Gasse keeps more than 400 teas and sells them from 50 g, with Earl Grey or Keemun at 2,59 € the 50 g and a Yunnan Dian Hong at 10,23 €; on the Hauptmarkt, a herb and spice house founded in 1933 stocks 450 teas in 100 g refill packs next to its 350 spices. The national chain TeeGschwendner also has a branch on Königstraße 45.
